Email notifying software allows you to know when you receive emails at the moment you receive them, regardless whether you are watching your email. Email notifying software is always running on your computer desktop and alerts you with a sound or a visual notification when a new email arrives. Here’s how to set it up. Download ePrompter or another free email notification program. These can usually be downloaded for free (see Resources). But there are more elaborate email notifiers available at a price.
