How do you work out what side is the hypotenuse, adjacent and opposite in trigonometry?

Hypotenuse is always the side diagonal from the 90 degree angle. Adjacent is the side that is not the hypotenuse and is touching the angle in question. The opposite is the leg on the other side of the 90 degree angle from the adjacent.
