How does 100% Fruit Juice Not from concentrate differ from 100% Fruit Juice from concentrate?

“From concentrate” means that when the fruit was squeezed, the natural juice had part of its water content removed, hence it is “concentrated”. It is easier to store for longer periods of time (freezing) if it it concentrated. The water is later re-added before selling the juice. “Not from Concentrate” implies that the juice is in its original form, it may be fresh-squeezed, or it might have just been frozen with its original water content. Nutritionally speaking, as long as it’s 100% juice (not “fruit juice cocktail”) I don’t think there is a difference between the two. However, I personally think that fresh squeezed or not from concentrate juices taste better.
