How does a 13 year old girl gain weight.?
Well, I know you said you didn’t want an answer saying you shouldn’t change, but honestly, when I was 13, I was about the same size as you, and now at 17 I’m 5’3″ and 125 pounds. Your body is still developing and you will most likely gain more curves as you go through puberty. And really, food isn’t going to help you gain weight until you’re done growing if your metabolism is that fast. Size isn’t that important, it’s more about your attitude towards yourself, and if you’re stick thin because that’s the way you are and not from dieting then you ARE healthy so don’t beat yourself up I’m sure you’re gorgeous just the way you are, even if it doesn’t always feel like it.
