Once an order has been placed, the brand contacts the retailer with the grand total for the order and then will confirm the order through TekStyle Hub. A notification is then sent to the retailer and sales rep. through the system. Once the order is shipped a subsequent notification is sent to the retailer and sales rep. Also, the brand can use TekStyle Hub to manage the return process.
