TESDA shall maintain an Official Registry of Certified Ratings which can be accessed in the TESDA website www/tesda.org. Digital copies of all certificates issued may be accessed through the website to verify the authenticity of any Certificate of competency issued under Regulation II/4 and III/4. The site shall be linked to and accessed through the MARINA website since MARINA has been mandated through Executive Order 242 as the official repository of all records of certified seafarers at all levels.
