See attached form, pages 1 and 2 for full details, instructions, and updated North America address. • The WinXP SP3 Desktop 5.9 DVD installation disc and the needed license(s) are only offered to a family history center to be installed ONLY on family history center computers. The DVD (and needed licenses) will only be mailed to the family history center director. We will no longer mail the DVD or the license(s) to the stake technology specialist.
