How does a Resource Entity request their Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF) data be loaded on a different date than the proposed Model Ready Date sent by ERCOT registration?

After the RARF has completed and passed the business rules screening, Resource Entities may reply to the Passed Screening email and request an Interim Update into the Network Operations Model according to the Network Operations Model (NOM) Change Schedule.
