How does CAP Professional application work? Is it possible to get its operational workbook?
Answer CAP Professional is not an application: it is just a database in MS Access format containing all toponymical data with their relative postcodes for all the Italian locations and for the 41 multi-CAP cities. CAP Professional does not include software tools for data consultation, or addresses’ standardization. The processing to update or standardize its own addresses, on the basis of the data included in CAP Professional, are fully in charge of the customer. Technical specifications, together with the database, are supplied to describe in detail database’s structure and its accessibility.
