How does Childcare Plus work?
Once you have registered yourself and your carer(s) via the Imagine website or free-phone system, Imagine will use the information you have provided to ensure that your chosen childcare provider is registered or approved, and therefore eligible to receive your childcare vouchers. Imagine will not pay any carer who is not registered or approved as this contravenes HM Revenue & Customs legislation. If you are accepted for the scheme, you will receive all of the relevant system instructions through the post in order to access your Imagine account: this information will include your unique account number and PIN. Your first deduction will take place in the pay period following your application to Imagine. Please note that you must register by before the 10th of the month (or last working day before) to be on that month’s order, with the exception of each December where the date will be the 3rd of the month (or last working day before).
