This kind of stunt is as much a matter of technique as strength. Deckard could also be using a climbing technique called “smearing” to generate upward momentum. Smearing is when you use the friction between the wall and your feet to push upwards, and a novice climber will often use the technique instinctually. Even with two dislocated fingers, a relatively fit individual would be able to pull himself up with two fingers thanks to the extra lift provided by this technique. Another explanation would be that he’s a replicant.
