How does e-FAQ handle file attachments?

0

e-FAQ does not process file attachments. If an incoming email includes attachments, e-FAQ makes a note of that fact but does not send the attachments back to the message originator. If the message originator wants to reply to the e-FAQ results and send the attachments, the message originator must re-attach the attachments. This process is necessary, because it is quite common for emails to have files attached that use a signature file, a vcard, or the like, and it would not be advantageous to have e-FAQ process these attachments in any way.
