How does fluid simulation work?
The simulation is run using CFD or Computational Fluid Dynamics. The geometry (which can be any 3D object such as buildings, pipes etc) is loaded into the software system where the Computational Fluid Dynamics is then performed on it. We can state all the fluid mechanics controls, such as pressure, velocity, viscosity, flow rate etc. This is combined with our skills in animation and special effects to create a realistic and accurate scene.
