Any mail piece may be forwarded using either the low-cost or the fastest of our shipping methods — it’s your choice. A handling fee is assessed to shipments. As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (your agent for receiving your mail), we are obliged by law to re-envelope all mail that we forward. That means that we cannot merely put a stamp on a letter and re-forward it. (There are other reasons to re-envelope, including for security, tracking and loss-prevention.
