How does HomeForce check the credentials of its tradespeople?
There are a number of stages in HomeForce’s vetting procedure. • Firstly, trades people must agree that they will adhere to HomeForce’s service level agreement. • Documentation is verified including; insurance, qualifications, trades body memberships, trade licences etc. Business and private addresses are authenticated and other publically available records are checked for any sign of mal practice. • Two or more customer or employer references are checked. • Face to face interviews are conducted. • And an ongoing appraisal procedure seeks customer feedback after jobs are completed.
