This is Stage 3 of the process. I don t just deliver a report; make some quick fixes and leave. I work alongside you to make sure that you work systematically on all the actions and make sure they are working before moving onto the next action. Reports tend to gather dust on a shelf. Implementation is the fundamental cornerstone of any change process. I work with you over a 3-12 month period to turn your goals into reality. I won t just show you, I will help you and be there when you may not know what to do next. Changes themselves need to be firmly embedded over time to make them integral to the business.
