We are very familiar with customs and import for Canada and the USA. For the USA you will not be charged anything. For Canada you will likely be charged GST and PST. Sometimes, in Canada, they do not charge it, but they usually do. If you live in another country either contact your local customs department, or ask us and we will do it for you. Customers are responsible for the customs charges incurred unless we authorize otherwise in advance. We prepare all paperwork thoroughly and there are almost never any customs delays incurred. You just pay us and the FedEx guy shows up at your house in about 2-3 business days. No hassle! If you do not want to have to pay any customs at all, we do offer a service to prepay the customs for you. You just pay us and the projector arrives at your door. No customs payments involved. Please Contact us for details.
