How does joining the ELPOP program show on my academic record?
In addition to the recognition of credit for the short subjects you take, your record will show that you have taken ESD.956 twice, which includes the fact that you have completed the ELPOP engineering practice and leadership planning requirements. While it will not appear on your record, students completing all ELPOP requirements will also be awarded a Certificate of Engineering Leadership by the Bernard M. Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program which can be included on your resume and mentioned in interviews.
