How does mBranch handle security?
mBranch is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol which provides the highest level of security available today. Additionally, all data is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Additional security is in place through the credit union’s secure sign on process for the NetBranch Online system with their account number and password when accessing account information.
