He doesn’t. Training a horse takes anywhere from several months to years, depending on what the horse is to be used for and its capabilities. However, Roberts does perform horse-taming demonstrations, using a variation of methods he learned from other horsemen. He did not, as he claims, learn his method by observing mustangs in the wild.
