How does NCO Receivables Management Solutions Tandem Program give clients “the best of both worlds?
The NCO Receivables Management Solutions Tandem Program is a two-phase collection service. The program’s Primary Phase provides full-service collections on a low, fixed-fee-per-account basis. Tandem’s optional Secondary Phase (SCRD) offers full pursuit and workout services on a contingent-fee basis. The client is provided with the “best of both worlds” for cost effectively recovering delinquent accounts. The low, fixed fee in the service’s Primary Phase allows clients to submit their accounts for collection early in the delinquency cycle – while the account is most collectable. This provides a highly cost-effective way for clients to recover their slow-pay and delinquent accounts. Accounts that are non-responsive in the service’s Primary Phase are quickly identified as such and can be placed into Tandem’s optional Secondary Contingent Recovery Division. In the secondary division, accounts are worked intensely and include skiptracing, when needed, to maximize collection recoveries.
