How Does One Custom Blend A Perfume Using Scent Oils?
The basic procedure for making perfume is the same, whatever essential or fragrance oils you blend into it. (I’d recommend essential oils rather than the cheaper fragrance oils, but more people are allergic to essential oils, so test for any potential allergies by putting a drop of each on your forearm and making sure you don’t have a bad reaction to anything.)
