With any REFURBISHED equipment, we will come out to your facility, in a very timely manner, and pickup the faulty part and take it to a local shop for repair. We make it a point to deal with local companies for 90% of our REFURBISHED product purchases simply because we need access to a local repair/refurbish facility. Labor is included during all of our warranty periods. The MOST important thing to keep in mind is that if the faulty part is a critical one to the operation of your telephone system, like the KSU/PBX (cabinet/processor) or the Voice Mail, you may experience some ill-afforded down-time while the repair is being made. For some reason, that thought of down-time, and potentially lost productivity and lost business, doesnt enter most peoples minds when they purchase REFURBISHED equipment because it simply costs less than new product.
