How does payment work with a Hood Licence?
A. You first fill in an application form which you can download from this site, once you have returned this to us and it is agreed and the relevant licence fee payment is made, (by Paypal usually), we then issue you a performing rights licence, send you the production hire pack and then when your show run has ended that is it, there is nothing more to pay. We don’t work on box office royalties with Hood, it’s all one payment up front, it’s cheaper for you and it saves faffing around for everybody after the event. Just return the production hire pack to us when your production has ended and that is all that is required.
