How does ROC work?
The ROC General Assembly consists of one voting member from each residence hall. The ROC Programming Committee consists of one voting member from each hall also. ROC s President and Vice-President are elected each March by all students who reside on campus. The VP of Programming, VP of Financial Affairs, National Communication Coordinator, and Secretary are appointed by the President. These officers, along with the advisor serve as ROC s non-voting Executive Board, which make recommendation to the ROC General Assembly and Programming Committee and carries out duties specified in the ROC Constitution. The rules of ROC are contained within the ROC Constitution, General Assembly Bylaws, and Financial Policies. How is ROC funded? The majority of ROC s funds come from Student Auxiliary Services.
