How does someone get selected to be an HMSO Leader?

The leaders we have in place now were all plank-holders for the idea of reinventing the HMSO with modern ideas and a focus that reaches out to the community vs. just a surf club. We wanted to have a positive legacy. Being a leader is more than sporting a T-Shirt and if you feel there is something you have that can bring good not only to the HMSO but also to the community as a whole – we are always looking for folks to come aboard as a leader.
