How does subliminal messaging work? Is it safe?
Subliminal messaging is a widely understood and fully researched phenomena that has been in public knowledge since at least the 1960s. ‘Subliminal’ refers to a message, sound, or image that is presented to the users mind, just below the threshold of conscious recognition. Essentially it is a process used to influence or persuade the recipients mind to comply with the suggested message. The reason that the messages are created to be ‘subliminal’ is so that the conscious mind, without being aware of the message, cannot reject or critically analyze what it is that’s being suggested….and so the mind follows the suggestion quite naturally.
