How Does Telephone Scheduling Work?

0

Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. It is important to be available for your telephone appointment with your counselor. The counselor will telephone you at the appointed time and if you are not available, your counselor will call once again in five minutes. If you are not available for the second call, the counselor will assume that you were unable to keep your appointment and a no-show fee will be applied to your credit card. You should make every effort to be on time because your appointment will not be extended beyond the scheduled time as a result of a late start. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please telephone your counselor to provide at least 12 hours advance notice of cancellation. If you call to cancel your appointment, but it is less than 12 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the cost of the session. If you cannot keep your appointment and do not call to cancel, you will be charged the full cost of the 55-minute
