The BCCR works closely with animal shelters and other rescue organizations who usually contact us directly. We also monitor newspapers and websites for any information on Chihuahuas that are being given up. In some cases the dog is older and has special needs. Someone may be moving out of town, or just wants to get rid of the animal. If you hear of a Chi in need, please contact us immediately.
