How does the Board plan to deal with new golf courses coming into Flagstaff?
A. It is our plan to continue to maintain and improve Continental Country Club Golf Course. In the years following the turnover from the developer to the homeowners, routine maintenance and improvements were deferred because profits generated by the golf course were being used to service the acquired debt. We now need to turn those golf-generated profits back into the course. The many needs are being prioritized and will be accomplished in order of priority and affordability.
