How does the camera telesurveillance alarm center work?
The basic system is equipped with movement detectors and surveillance cameras. When an intrusion occurs, the system sends an alert to the alarm center. Such a system is very efficient as long as it uses cameras that are able to capture clear and precise images, even at night. These cameras may be fixed or motorized. During an intrusion, our alarm center sees and records on video the ongoing action, in real-time. Simultaneously, our operator follows a pre-established plan of action, dictated by your client profile and the type of alert. Several actions may be required from our operators, from bidirectional communication with the intruder to calling proper emergency services.
