How does the customer submit their kit request?
The customer can either submit the kit request through their Customer Support Representative (CSR) or the DLA web site at: https://today.dla.mil/j-3/kitting. If the Customer does not have a CSR nor the access to the Internet, the customer may choose to submit their Kitting requirements to the Directorate of Customer Operations personnel at the appropriate DLA supply Chain.
