Frozen orb is a long range, extremely powerful cold spell. When cast it sends out a ball of ice that spits shards of ice in every direction. As you attribute more skill points to it, its damage increases per shard. Also, putting skill points in cold mastery of this will increase the damage done vs cold-resistant monsters.
