How does the legislative district matching work?
Clients may purchase a legislative data license, renewed annually. Licenses are available for one state (state legislators, Congress and Governor), all 50 states (same), or national (Congress only). thedatabank runs a district match during the setup process, appending the legislative district to each record. Nine digit zip codes are not required. As you are doing data entry, you can click the Update Districts link in your Databank to do an instant update on the record you are working with.
