How does the Mitchell Construction process for designing and building work?

0

The first step is an initial meeting at your home or our office to discuss your dreams, ideas, wants and needs. We will then sign a Design Agreement to work together to scope and cost the project within your budget. The next step is Preliminary Design, which includes drawings, a walk-through by various trade contractors and a presentation of the plans to the homeowner. Once the plans are approved, we will move into the final phase of design, Construction Documentation. This stage includes the completion of final plans, written specifications and a signed comprehensive written proposal including a firm price and start to completion dates for construction.
