How does the new email statements system work?
• Our new email statements system, known as eStatements, is integrated with our Online Banking service; you must be enrolled in our Online Banking service to receive email statements. If you are not currently enrolled, please contact us and we can activate your Online Banking and eStatement access over the phone. • Instead of receiving your statement as an encrypted PDF file every month, you will receive a simple email with links to where you can view your eStatement as either a web page (html format) or download it as a PDF file. You need to supply your Online Banking password to access your eStatement in either format. You can even download your eStatement as an encrypted PDF file that will only be viewable with your Online Banking password. • Your eStatements are always accessible via our Online Banking system.
