How does the scheduling process work?
NBO’s system has a powerful scheduling system designed to match the days you are willing to work with the days the hospital needs you. As it is unlikely that these days will always match just right, we have a “percentage of match” system for both a primary and secondary preference schedule that provides flexibility for both the nurse and the hospital. You just choose “no preference”, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% when you are filling out your scheduling preferences and the system automatically matches you with the correct bidder based on what the search criteria they are submitting.
