How does the stand allocation work?
• First step: Submit your provisional reservation form (this does not represent a commitment to exhibit). • Second step: Depending on available stand space, you receive a stand offer. • Third step: Send us your stand space contract (legally binding document). When does the stand allocation start? Reservations can be made from August 2010. The official stand allocation will start in October 2010. Is there a deadline to submit my provisional reservation form? There is no official reservation deadline. However, to ensure that your company is placed in your preferred location and the stand offer matches your criteria, you should submit your reservation as early as possible. Do I need to pay for my provisional reservation form? The stand reservation is free and does not represent a commitment to exhibit. You will only be invoiced once we have received your legally binding stand space contract.
