How does the StringPort hardware work?

0

The StringPort hardware is an audio converter. It takes audio from pickups on each individual string of your instrument and sends it via USB2 to your computer. The audio enters the StringPort hardware through a 13-pin polyphonic output such as a GK3 pickup or the output on a Zeta violin. The StringPort hardware is a lightweight, small box that is easily transported as part of your regular rig and can be used in the studio or on stage. But the hardware by itself is only half the fun. The software is where the creativity starts.
