How does the Superintendent drop down list populate and can they make changes at LEA level?
Superintendent name will auto-populate when you convert. If changes need to be made after conversion, LEA has the ability to go to System Codes > School > Superintendent and make necessary changes. If the course number is the same but a setting for a course changes, then what supersedes? You will have a set of standard courses for your LEA. You will add to that set of standard courses. The course number has to match the course number in the State standard courses, and as long as that matches, it will be converted as the LEA has it set (with the LEA settings). The course start date and long name (Desc field) will be populated from the State course. Other fields will be populated from the LEA course file and by conversion.
