Any foods (and ‘favourites’) you’ve entered into your mobile phone food diary will be sent to your online food diary, and vice versa – anything you’ve entered online gets sent to your phone. All you do is select the ‘My Diary’ menu option on your mobile phone, then press ‘Sync with web’. You mobile connects with your online account and you will see a message ‘Creating Diary’. After a few seconds it should say ‘Completed’ confirming the data has been exchanged. If your phone doesn’t sync, it may be that a setting needs to be enabled – which will require you to contact your network provider. If this happens, contact the Help team at mobile@nutracheck.co.uk for advice on what instructions to give your operator. Note! Requires a data connection – usual data transfer costs for your network operator will apply.
