How does the TraceAuthenticate work?
After you enter your Account Number and Password, you will be asked to “authorize” your computer and complete a simple questionnaire. Once youve authorized your computer by completing the registration and simple questionnaire, a “cookie” will be placed on your authorized computer acting as an identifier and allowing express login so you will only have to enter your Account Number and Password going forward. Note – If you delete this TraceAuthenticate cookie from a computer you have authorized you will be prompted to enter the secondary password you used during the registration process.
