How does the workBench support groups, or teams?
It’s possible to sign up for a single workBench account intended for use by a single individual. However, it is also possible to sign up for a number of accounts and a larger block of storage space. In this second option, the workBench supports the creation of working groups. It’s possible to form a community of such groups, in which individual members and specific groups are constantly changing and evolving in a very dynamic environment for creating and sharing. One account holder is designated the Community Builder. He or she acts as the administrator of this community of users, can approve and activate new members, allocate storage space, and establish member privileges. The Community Builder can also designate any members of the community as Group Leaders. Group Leaders have the power independently to form groups and to approve and activate new members.
