The Uptown area is divided into two zones. Zone 1: areas north of the tracks; both sides of Prospect Ave from Touhy to Summit; both sides of Summit from Prospect to the first alley east of Prospect; the south side of Northwest Hwy from Prospect to Euclid, and; all unreserved 2-hour parking spaces in the Central (library) lot. Zone 2: areas south of the tracks; both sides of Main St from Prospect to Prairie; both sides of Prairie from Main St to the first alley south of Main; both sides of Fairview from Main to Garden; both sides of Prospect from Main to Garden, and; the north side of Garden from Prospect to a point 95 feet northwest of Prospect. A vehicle cannot be parked in any single parking zone for more than 2 hours from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday – Saturday.
