How does vaporizing work?
One way to describe vaporizing is to imagine a piece of rope, soaked in magic oil. Now you really just want to smoke the magic oil, but it is stuck inside of the rope. So, you burn the rope and inhale all the smoke that comes from it, just to smoke the oil. Essentially, you smoke the oil and the rope at the same time. Now, there is another way you can do it. You can (heat) raise the temperature of the rope, to the point where the magic oil turns to vapor, but the rope itself does not burn. You simply inhale the oil smoke as it evaporates off of the rope (vaporizing). Essentially you smoke the magic oil by itself, instead of the oil and the rope.
