How durable is an overlayed surface?
A. Generally it depends on the abuse the surface takes and the care given to the surface over time. Acrylic modified cement is extremely durable and will withstand years of foot traffic, vehicle traffic , residential and commercial use. The product should be resealed every couple of years to protect its color and provide lasting resistance to abrasion, impact and moisture. The sealers we use are highly U.V. stable and are resistant to chemicals found around the home or business.
