Very easy. I worked onboard for 3 years as the broadcast technician. Pay starts at about 1900 and up to 3000 a month with experience. Hours for me were anywhere from 2-8 hours a day, 7 days a week for 4 months at a time. Ships have high turnover and need bodies to fill positions. Find out which job onboard is suited for you and apply directly to each cruise lines website. I never had an in person interview, only over the phone. But I did pay $150 for my medical to board the ship. Conclusion: ship jobs are lot s of fun and a great way to travel and meet people. And they pay well for the right position.
