The airport is outside the city of Toronto and it takes about 20-30 minutes by taxi to reach downtown Toronto. If you plan to take public transportation, you will reach downtown Toronto in about one hour. Taxis will cost you around $50.00 for a one-way trip. You can always take the bus, which will cost you about $3. If you are new to Toronto, we recommend the IHT Airport Reception Service. This way, you have someone waiting at the airport for you in case you need help with anything.
