The drive to Greer is one of the most scenic routes in Arizona, whether driving to Payson and over to Pinetop/Showlow/Greer, or whether you are driving up through the Salt River Canyon via Globe to Showlow. Depending on weather conditions, you should plan on a 3.5 to 4 hour drive from Tucson, Phoenix, and Albuquerque. A more simple consideration for the drive, is we are located 12 miles from Arizona’s most popular ski destination, Sunrise Ski Resort.
