How fast of a Internet Connection do I need to use ICE Talk?
To use the ICE Talk service, the only requirement is a high-quality broadband connection. ICE recommends at least 128Kbps (64kbps uplink and 64 kbps downlink) be available per phone line. Although 128Kbps is the minimum required, we commend 150kbps to allow for a buffer of 22kbps of Internet usage (web browser and email) while talking on the phone.
